Questions
Straight answers
How are minutes counted?+
On the duration of the source video you upload, rounded up to the next full minute. Each plan includes a number of target languages per project, and your usage meter shows minutes uploaded, transcribed, translated and rendered as they happen.
What happens when I run out?+
New renders pause until you top up per minute or your month resets. Nothing is deleted and your projects stay editable.
Can I edit the translation before rendering?+
Yes. Every line of every language is editable, side by side with the source. The glossary locks names, places and slang so every render respects your choices.
Do you clone voices?+
Not at launch. Custom voice cloning is planned, and it will only ever run with the recorded consent of the voice owner.
Who owns the output?+
You do. Uploads must be content you own or have rights to, and the dubbed videos, subtitle files and transcripts belong to you.
What happens to my videos?+
Source videos and outputs are kept for 30 days on Free and 90 days on paid plans, then deleted unless you keep them. You can ask for deletion at any time. Your videos are never used to train models.
Do you support lip sync?+
No. Timing sync only: the new voice fits each segment's original duration, and segments that cannot fit are flagged for you to shorten. Lip re animation is a future feature, not a promise.
