What we collect

Account details: your name or organisation, email address and password hash. Workspace details: organisation type, content languages, target languages and a logo if you upload one.

Project media: the videos you upload or link, the transcripts, translations, voice renders, subtitle files and review comments produced from them.

Usage: minutes uploaded, transcribed, translated and rendered, characters synthesized and storage used, per workspace and per month. This is what your plan is measured against.

How long we keep your videos

Source videos and outputs are kept for 30 days on the Free plan and 90 days on paid plans, then deleted, unless you choose to keep a project. You can delete a project or ask us to delete your data at any time, and we will do so within 14 days.

No training on your content

Your uploads, transcripts, translations and renders are not used to train models, ours or anyone else's. The AI services that process your media are used as processors under contract and do not retain your content for training.

Personal data in videos

Videos contain faces, names and voices. We handle them in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act: a stated purpose (producing the outputs you asked for), a defined retention period, deletion on request and no secondary use. You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed for the people in the content you upload.

Where processing happens

Media is processed on cloud infrastructure for speech recognition, translation, voice synthesis, rendering, storage and delivery. Share links expire. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights and how to reach us

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to processing, by writing to us through the contact page. We answer within 14 days.
